This knowledge-base and commentary will provide information and resources for OC managers, members (lot owners) and tenants in owners corporation properties.

This knowledge and experience has developed over 30 years of experience in the establishment, design, construction and management of multi-unit multi-owner properties spanning the period of strata and cluster titles and their transformation to body corporates and in 2006 to owners corporations in the State of Victoria.

Case studies and examples outlined are based on actual properties and events.
